He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnson; his daughters, Stacy Petronzio (Matthew) of Winston-Salem, Erika Fisher (Hayden) of Greenwood Village, Colorado. and Bapa; his grandchildren, Lexie Fisher, Brody Fisher, Johnny Fisher, Charlie Fisher, Caroline Petronzio, Gabriella Petronzio, Sophia Petronzio and Louisa Petronzio; and his sister Sheryl England of Jacksonville, Florida..
