He is survived by: his wife Kay Underhill Hammer; his children, Mary Ann Fiorentino, Kathy (Jay Summerall), Debby (Randy Warner) and John (Meg Hammer); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Fiorentino, Caroline Fiorentino, Martin, Ruth Fiorentino, Mary Beth, Christopher Dell, Patrick Summerall, Annie Summerall, William Summerall, Randy, Chelsea Warner, Mary Whitten Warner, John IV, Elena Hammer and Frank Hammer; his great grandchildren, George Dell, Vivienne Dell, Sophie Dell and Korra Hammer; and his sister Ann Hammer Trinkle.
