It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Tissue of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though John William may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Tissue and Maitland Tissue; and his stepdaughter Margaret Klopf White. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lynne Batzer Klopf; his daughters, Anne Ryan and Mary Miller Drews; his sister Annie T. Mrozinski; and his stepson John C. Klopf. He is also survived by grandchildren and a great grandchild.
