She was predeceased by : her parents, Ema Mildred Coker Nations and Howard Leon Nations; her husband Daniel Hamilton Seal; her siblings, Ida, Mildred (Paul Scott Sellars) and Perry Leon Nations (Barbara) of Madison, MS; her son Gary Blaine Higgins of Mandeville, LA; and her stepson Stephen Paul Seal of Baton Rouge, LA..
She is survived by : her daughter Tina Patrice Higgins Baker (Paul) of Jacksonville, FL; and her stepdaughters, Mary Anne Hall (Jay) of Pueblo, CO and Lisa Marie Seal of Lynn Haven, FL.. She is also survived by many loving sisters-in law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
