She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Fitzgerald and Adeline Eileen Cadogan; her husband Samuel Eleazar Oakley; her siblings, Wilfred, David Cadogan, Marjorie Colleen Cole and Selma Cadogan; and her son-in-law Gary Keith Harris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Cecile and Selma Yvonne; her sister Barbara Howard; her son-in-law Sheldon Graham; her stepdaughter Marcia Austin; and her nieces and nephews, Lionel Cadogan (Barbara), Ronald Cole, Vivien Yolanda Stone (Jerome) and Karen Daugherty. She is also survived by numerous grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
