He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Opal; his brother Ron; and his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, John (Nancy), Leslie (Frank), Chuck (Beth) and Erin (Matt); his grandchildren, Rory, Chris, Mandy, Shelly, Sarah, Josh, Ty and Karina; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Emmaline, Shane, Walker, Pierce, Olivia, Caroline, Elizabeth, John Charles, William, Eason and Leo; and his great great grandchild Alister.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Village Church (4229 Pacetti Rd, St. Augustine, FL 32092). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Don's memory to The Village Church or Westminster St. Augustine Benevolent Fund.
