He is survived by: his wife Karen Michelle Sumner of Ponte Vedra, FL; his daughters, Ashley Blackford (Randy) of Waukee, IA and Allison Riesberg (Nick) of Waukee, IA; his grandsons, Braylon, Braxton Blackford and Jaxon Riesberg; and his brother Jeff Davis Sumner (Sue) of Sayville, NY.
