Scott Fowler (Monica) of Ponte Vedra, Florida.; her daughter Janet Beth Buchanan; her sister Gindy Puglisi (Buchanan) of Ball Ground, Georgia.; her significant other Donna Doyle; her family, Amy, Kayla, Michael and Christine; her friend Laurie McCracken of Costa Rica; her caregiver Haley; and her friends, Jane Ellis, Mindy Cimmarrusti, Cindy Carolini, Milt, Barbara Bauer, Nancy Seal and Shantel Rose.
