She was predeceased by: her parents, Jere Stoll Meggs and Elizabeth Victoria Meggs. She is survived by: her children, Jere Elizabeth Hall, Morton Neal Hall Jr., Melanie Louise Flynn, Robert Henry Hall, Felicia Ann Hall and James Irvin Hall; and her siblings, Barbera Joan St. John and Lawrence Anthony Meggs. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Frances's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
