He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sr. Walters and Margaret Walters (Holloway); his siblings, Fred Walters and Betty Eich; his brothers-in-law, Keith Eich and Ken Purvis; and his great-niece Taryn Pakenham.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Sorenson; his children, Audra Pond (Dan) of Ottawa, Jim Walters (Julie) of Dayton and Kyle Walters of Mendota; his grandchildren, Alex Pond (Samie), Haley Walters, Chrissy Pond, Lexie Pond, Cole Walters (Chasity), Austin Walters and Jake Walters; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Lauryn, Adri and Blakely; his sister Barbi Purvis; and his sister-in-law Diane Ayers (Walters). He is also survived by loving extended family including in-laws, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
