With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E. Collette of Port Charlotte, Florida, born in Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on May 11, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Frank; and his sister Maryellen Peters. He is survived by: his wife Donna Collette; his children, Kim Freeman (Keith) of North Carolina and Greg Collette (Dawn) of Vermont; and his stepsons, Ed, Steve, Tom and Scott. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your local hospice organization.
