He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kendall and Anna Gleason Kendall; and his sister Patricia "Patsy" Kendall McCauley. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Alexander Kendall; his children, John Kendall (Danielle) and Janet McCoy (Jeffrey); his stepson James Herd (Shelby); and his brothers, William Kendall (Maryann), James Kendall (Jacqueline) and Richard Kendall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
