Lorna Douglas Diehm Pollock wrote a sympathy message

“Robert, Raymond and families - I am so sorry for your loss! Norma was one of the first people (along with Peppy, her best dog friend) we met when we moved to Port Charlotte Village. We loved her and Peppy from the beginning! Friends and I visited her several times in her memory center - and should have visited her more! None of us were even aware that she had died until today. RIP, Norma - and know that you (and Peppy) were loved by many of us at PCV and the dog park!!”
