With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth C. Rousseau of Port Charlotte, Florida, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Rousseau, Jr.; her mother Louise C. Winje; and her sisters, Dorothy L. Bauss, Edel A. Berberi, Marie E. Laughlin, Esther A. York and Janet L. Jauch.
She is survived by: her children, James C. Rousseau III (Esther) of Evans, GA. and Carol A. Rousseau of Union City, CA.; her grandson James C. Rousseau IV; and her sisters, Aimee M. Broxen and Karen A. Young of Fort Wayne, IN.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
