With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amelia Joann Ballard of Port Orange, Florida, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Austin Bailey and Hazel Owens Bailey; and her husband William "Mack" Ballard. She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Johnson (Larry), Amanda Rearden (Matt) and Cindy Ferrara; and her son-in-law George Bregante (late Nelda). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, her loving family and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Christian Center (1687 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Daytona Memorial Park (1425 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114).
