He is survived by: his mother Shirley Gainey; his brothers, Jody Gainey (Lisa Gainey) and Mark Gainey; his daughters, Michelle Platt (Jeffrey Platt) and Tiffany Gainey; and his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Ogden and Leigh-Anna Evette. He is also survived by four other grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
