She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith; her daughters, Wendy Nelson (James) of Cottage Grove and Amy Clouser (Eric) of Kennesaw, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Connor, Kayleigh and Henry; and her sister Diane Babe (David).
