He is survived by: his mother Katy Carter; his stepfather David Carter; his brother Brandon Allen; his grandmother Betty Jo Allen; his aunts, Bonnie Decker (Gary), Toni Messinger (Steve) and Stephanie Benedictson (late Bruce); his great-aunt Barbara Lee Erdmann (Richard); and also Erin Bethune. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins and his loyal friends.
