Gary Carlson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Carlson (Port Orange, Florida), born in Astoria, Oregon, who passed away on February 17, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don and Joann. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Melissa Anderson (Doug) of Chandler; his grandchildren, Dalton Anderson and Dakota Anderson; his son Brad Carlson (Catherine) of New Smyrna Beach; his grandchildren, Summer Carlson and Callen Carlson; and his sister Vicky Bunger (Steve) of Waterloo.

Celebration of life gathering will be held June 8, 4 PM at Cedar Falls Amvets, 1934 Irving St. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial to Halifax Health Hospice, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129, Cedar Valley Hospice, 2101 Kimball Ave, #401, Waterloo, IA 50702 or charity of one's choice.
