He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Simeon and Leola Belle Sheffield (Stone); his wife Myrna Sheffield; his daughters, Lori (Daryl Varner) and Lee (Mark Bjornsen); his grandchildren, Zachariah Varner (Laura), Amber Boren (Joshua) and Elizabeth Bjornsen (Daniel Gregersen); his great grandchildren, Ben, Wesley Varner and Laphicet Boren; his granddaughter Jenni Varner; and his siblings, Jerald Sheffield and Evelyn Harper.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sharon Fronk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
