She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Vowell; and her parents, Flora Phillips and Harmon Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Steven M. Vowell (Bonnie) and Vicki A. Vowell of Martin; her grandsons, Riley Vincent of Wilber and John L. Vincent of Martin, TN.; and her cousin Barbara Hafner of Belair Beach, FL.
