He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Venable and Marjorie Venable of Triangle; his wife Carol Linda Venable Burch of Port Orange, FL; his grandparents, James and Ethel Anderson of Triangle; his siblings, Suellen Venable of Triangle and Robert Christopher Venable; and his brother-in-law Micky Mooney of Woodbridge, VA..
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Louise Oien Venable (James); his granddaughters, Crystal Leigh Oien (Mike), Brandy Amber Hymel (Derek) and Brittany Paige Hill (Daniel); and his siblings, Nancy Mooney and Frank "Bill" Venable (Millie). He is also survived by his 14 great- grandchildren.
