She is survived by: her husband Walter P. Chase; her daughter Michelle Millette (Bob Foringer); her granddaughter Alison Millette (Austin Kemprowski); and her siblings, Jim Kilburn (Gerri Kilburn), Judy Kilburn (Tom Parise) and Jon Kilburn (Sue Kilburn).
