She is survived by: her children, Stephany J. Worthington II (Robert) of Ellisburg, Scott Berry of Florida, Sandra J. Marolf (Calvin) of Carthage and Stacey J. Berry (Christie) of Rodman; her daughter-in-law Stacie Sullivan; her sister Jacqueline Bell; and her sister-in-law Dorothy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
