He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pettus and Vera Pettus. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his son James (Ann); his grandchildren, Jennifer Leighton and Darryl Wells; and his great grandchildren, Ivelysse, Isabella, Lillian and Madison.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Port Orange Care Center (1999 City Center Cir, Port Orange, FL 32129).
