He is survived by: his wife Barbara F. Koch; his children, Patrick Begley (Lizz Koebler) and Erin Rose McDonough (Quintt McDonough); his father Warren "Art" Koch (Carole Tutko); and his pets, Willow and Tabatha McDonough.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Port Orange.
