Wayne Lee Brooks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Lee Brooks of Port Orange, Florida, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Wayne lived an active and full life. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Industrial Engineering degrees at the Tennessee Technical University of Cookeville. He worked on many notable projects during his life but his proudest were The Seattle Airport, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Alaskan Native Heritage Center. He travelled extensively both for work and pleasure and at age 65, we spent 3 very happy months backpacking across Europe.
He leave his Wife, Chrissie Brooks. Their 4 children, Christal, Sarah, Tamara and Allen. Their grandchildre, Broden, Kefira, Curtis, Gracie & Thomas. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Walter Lee and Helen Lorraine Brooks and his siste, r Susan Fleming.
