He was predeceased by: his siblings, Madie Arline, Helen Hamilton and Arthur Jones; his son Reginald Thomas; and his parents, Lester Arline Sr. and Doretha Arline.

He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Thomas; his grandsons, Reginald Milton and Pierce Franklin; his great grandchildren, Mearri Milton and Desi Dawkins; and his siblings, Altamese Thomas, Patsy Arline, Geraldine Gardner, Essie Jones, Carol Dawkins, Wesley Arline and Lester Arline, Jr..

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home - Congress Chapel (6616 Congress St, New Port Richey, FL 34653).
