He is survived by: his wife Debbie Welch of Port Richey; his sons, Todd Welch, Mike (Melissa Welch) and Mickey Welch; and his grandchildren, Kenny Welch, Kevin Welch, Michael Welch, Andrew Welch, Christopher Welch, Amber Welch, Avery Welch, Shelby Welch and Mickayla Welch. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
