He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Mary Antonette Ostrowski (Brophy). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Springhart James (Dudley) of Port Richey, Florida; his stepchildren, Michael Springhart (Karen), Elicia Weaver (Wesley), Nathan Springhart, Aaron Springhart and Kyle Springhart Sr.; his sister Maureen Roy Hoard (Ostrowski) of Topanga, California; and his nephew Ian Roy. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (4244 Madison St, New Port Richey, FL 34652).
