He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Duffy and Edith Duffy (Sankey); and his brothers, Ron and Larry. He is survived by: his wife Ida Duffy of Port Richey, FL; his son Richard Dywayne Duffy (Alia) of San Jose, CA; his stepdaughters, Bobbi Carpenter (Carl) of Searcy and Becky King of Bald Knob, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Christina Criss (Roger) of Russellville, AR, David King of Bald Knob, AR, Shayla Gay (Joshua) and Skylar Hilton (Kyle) of Searcy, AR; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ashleigh, Caleb, Brandon, Christian, Carly Joe, Elaina, Alyssa and Kyleigh Rose.
