She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Acotto, Carmen Acotto (Sharon) and Marlene Nelson (late Dwayne); her children, Lewis G. Zackal, Jr. (Sherry), Scott Zackal (Cathy) and Kelly Barfield (Kees); and her grandchildren, Louis, Catherine, Aubrey, Megan, Kacee and Kayla.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to any cancer foundation or local hospice organization.
