He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cook and Mary Cook (Queen). He is survived by: his wife Linda Cook; his children, Steven Cook (Dana) and Tracey Altman; his grandchildren, Joshua Michael Altman and Abby Grace Cook; and his pets, Bailey, Buster, Ollie and Duke.
