She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmit Otis Nickson and Mamie Lou Nickson; her son-in-law Edward Hill; her granddaughter LaTosha Arthur; her great grandchild LaTazsha Arthur; and her siblings, Dorothy Nickson, Shirley Brown, James Nickson and Clinton Nickson.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Nickson, Sr. (Stacey), Jeffery Gainer and Barbara Ann Hill; her grandchildren, Carmen Hill, Trubias Hill, Tanesha McClelland (Michael), Shari Nickson-Rodgers (Joseph), Mitchell Nickson, Jr. (Dominisha) and Denard Nickson (Jasmin); her great grandchildren, Alaina McClelland, Alasia McClelland, Shanyah McCotter, Joseph Rodgers, Jo'Kobe Rodgers, Aiden Nickson, Amir Nickson, Alani Nickson, Kaori Nickson, Elianna Nickson, Harmony Nickson, Chyenne Arthur and Makyia Arthur; her siblings, Emmit Nickson (Tanis), Donald Nickson (Jackie), Gary Rolack, Voncile Nickson, Mertice Dawson, Clementine Nickson and Linda Hill (Gene); her godchildren, Valerie Hamilton James, Bella Chambers, Raiden Chambers and Kylo Chambers; and her niece Erin Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
