He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Seyforth and Gertrude Seyforth; his son Charles "Chuck" Seyforth; his sisters, Eleanor Welder and Juanita Vojvodic; his brothers-in-law, Archie Welder, Charles Vojvodic, Marshall Greene and Lewis Gotham; and his son-in-law Glen Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline May Gotham; his daughters, Karyl Gavigan and Valerie Skeen (Jeff); his grandchildren, Heather Lawson (Samuel) and Austin Clayton (Kalyn); his great grandchildren, Caroline and Cade Clayton; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Greene and Margaret Gotham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Port St. Joe, Florida, or to The Gideons International.
