He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Fay Patrick; and his nephew Ty Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Teena Patrick; his children, Stephanie Davis (Allen) and Mitchell Owens (Brianna); his grandchildren, A. J. Davis, Ava Davis, Abigail Davis and Jett Mitchell Owens; and his brothers, Larry Patrick (Regina), Clay Patrick (Gina), Randy Reese (Brenda) and Greg Reese (Cindy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the James & Sikes Funeral Homes Maddox Chapel (4278 Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
