It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert McDaniel of Port Saint Joe, Florida, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest McDaniel and Katherine McDaniel; his brother Dan McDaniel; his parents-in-law, Charles and Eloise Wood; and his brother-in-law Charles Wood, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Marie McDaniel; his children, Donna Schmitt (Larry), Lisa Pressley (Jerry), Cynthia Daniel (Gary) and Glenn McDaniel (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brandon, Cameron, Donnie, Andrew, Makayla, Jarret, Mindy and Mandy; his sister-in-law Donna Wood; and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
