She is survived by: her husband David Vance; her children, Amanda, Wayne Lannan, Amber and LD Smith; her grandchildren, Tyler Duke, Kameron Lannan and KaiLani Smith; her brothers, Daniel, Tom and Rocky Burkhead; and her pets, Dunkin and Misha.
