He was predeceased by: his brother Trevor Lithgow; and his sons, Mark Lithgow and Craig Lithgow. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Lithgow; his son Brent Lithgow; his stepdaughter Barb Jacobson; and his siblings, Annette Stowell, Yvonne Kelly, Marie McCambridge and Ross Lithgow. He is also survived by grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
