He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernesta Monroe of Florida and David E. Monroe (K. Jeanne Ivy Monroe); his children, Zyah Bell of Georgia, David Monroe (Ren) of Georgia and Araisha Monroe of Florida; his sisters, Celeste Monroe of Florida and Joni Hamilton (Clarence Hamilton II) of California; his siblings' children, India Crosske of Florida, Kristien Helbing of California, Kori Biagas of Washington, D. C., Brive Crosske of Florida and Clarence Hamilton III of Nevada; Daniel Henry Fields, Fannie Mac Fields, Ernesto Cruz and Pascula Garcia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Haisley Tribute Center (2041 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
