She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Smith and Bonnie Smith (Carr); her husbands, Robert McClaskey and Clyde Meadows; and her siblings, Roscoe "Bub" Smith, Shirley Cortez, Shelby Jean Gilcrest, Elaine Bailey, Louise McClaskey and Mary Catherine Smith.
She is survived by: her children, John Silvey Jr. (Angel) of Wheelersburg, Tim Silvey (Lisa) of Miami, FL and Lisa Meyers; and her siblings, Donna Holcomb (Jim) of South Shore, KY, Julia Smith of Illinois, Laoma Spradlin of Wheelersburg and Billy Perkins (Darlene) of Portsmouth. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Ne (100 Veterans Memorial Drive).
