He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buddy" Cobb and Margaret Louise Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Sybil; his children, Justin Cobb (Corrie) of Chuluota, FL, Emily, Rachel, Jacob Cobb and Amber (Osvaldo Vazquez) of Falls Church, VA; his grandchildren, Eleanor and Oscar; and his sisters, Sandra Plunkett of Tennessee and Mary Lee Green of Tennessee.
