He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Davis and Beatrice Davis (Vrooman); his daughter Cynthia Russell (Steve); and his brothers, A. George Davis, Jesse Davis and Ronald Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Davis (Kelly); his son Scott (Linda); and his grandchildren, Dana (Russell), Allin (Christopher), Victoria Russell, Evan Russell, Ian Davis (Daniel), Alisha Davis and Garrett Davis. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions in Robert's name be made to the Humane Society of St. Lucie County, 8890 Glades Cut-Off Road, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986.
