He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Presley and Ruth Presley. He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Presley of Punta Gorda; his brother Meredith Presley of Memphis, TN; and his children, Debra Ann Presley of Punta Gorda, Cynthia P. Beane of Punta Gorda, David Presley of Punta Gorda, Clark Presley of Nashville, TN, Jeffrey Presley of Memphis, TN, Gregory Presley of Memphis, TN and Steven Presley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Over the years he served on several boards, held many charity fund raising events, and was passionate about time spent on the ranch.
