He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Nicolay; his children, Carl Winger (Lisa), Barbara Wexler (Craig Koenig) and Kathleen Bakko (Mike); his grandchildren, Matthew Winger, Courtney Winger (Dan Costa), Brian Winger (Lauren Pincus), Lauren Winger, David Wexler, Michelle Wexler (Mackenzie Paschke), Stephen Bakko (Julia) and Amanda Bakko Combs (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Chase Bakko and Wyatt Bakko.
