He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Sr. Martoglio and Frances Martoglio (Camardella). He is survived by: his children, Vice-Admiral Charles W. (Ret), Darlene Martoglio, Mary Ann (Dodd Latimer), Christopher (Erin Martoglio), Jeanne (Dean Wilson) and Fran (Jeff Sharp); his grandchildren, Christina Sauls (Lucas), Preston Martoglio (Heather), Aurelia Martoglio, Jasmine Martoglio, Andrew Latimer, Melissa Latimer, Victoria (Latimer), Jeremiah Boswell, Danielle (Sharp), Eric Fischer, Nicholas Sharp and Aaron Spittler; his great grandchildren, Evie, Wesley, Layla, Ava, Olivia, Benjamin and Owen; and his cousin Dr. William Tedesco.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions to the Sun Coast Navy League in Charles' name would be appreciated.
