We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to David Wayne Swayze D. O. of Punta Gorda, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Swayze and Wade Swayze (Wayne); and his stepfather Nathan Jones. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Ramona, Matthew, Rebecca and Mitchell; his stepchildren, James, Jeffrey, Andrew and Laurie; his sister Shirley; and his nephew Scott. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made to Sacred Heart Church of Punta Gorda, St. Judes Childrens Hospital or the charity of your choice.
