With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Abbott of Punta Gorda, Florida, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Abbott and Rosa Abbott (Butler); her significant other Barbara Purtell; her siblings, Ruth Murphy and W. George "Bud" Abbott; and her niece Anne Marie Dockery.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Carolyn Abbott of Tacoma, WA and Michael Abbott of Seattle, WA; her great-nephews, George and Joseph Dockery; her great-niece Ruth; Debbie, Brenda and Cindy.
