He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Jaques. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Denise Jaques; his children, Michelle Millan (Anthony) and Peter Jaques; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Janis (Danny) and Kathy Archer (Dave). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
