He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; his son Lawrence; his granddaughter Jeanette Davis; and his brother Domenick Maresca. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Maresca; his grandchildren, Daniel Davis and AnnaMarie Blackwell; his great grandchildren, Michael, Aria and Dominick Davis; and his sisters, Celeste Tarrazi and Frances Zogby.
